Back@Work Physical Therapy

Physical therapy involves the interaction between a physical therapist and a patient for the preservation, enhancement, or restoration of movement and physical function impaired or threatened by disability, injury, or disease. A therapist utilizes therapeutic exercise, joint mobilization, physical modalities (such as massage and electrotherapy), assistive devices, and patient education and training to restore and optimize mobility and function.
