Bailey Wood Products, Inc.

Bailey Wood Products has provided lumber and wood products for more than 75 years. Bailey started with a small sawmill and sold timber to nearby coal mines in 1928. As technology in the timber industry advanced, the business purchased the latest milling and transportation equipment and continued to expand.

In the 1990s Bailey Wood Products started to branch out from its role as a lumber manufacturer with the purchase of a lumber dry kiln. By kiln drying selected hardwood boards they could provide the quality lumber needed for cabinet making, and other fine carpentry. A fire in 2005 destroyed much of the milling equipment, so Bailey Wood became even more focused on the kiln dried retail end of the business and built a new millshop for more value added products. The core products today include kiln dried lumber, hardwood flooring, ipe decking, massaranduba decking, thermally modified wood and decking, wood siding, custom millwork, custom wood moldings, special cut long timbers and more.
