Bake Me Treats

Bake Me Treats is the dream of Gabriele Barnhizer who went to culinary school for baking and pastry and gathered baking experience before opening BMT in 2015. Gabriele fell in love with baking while in grade school and dreamed of opening a bakery in her home town of Poland, OH where BMT is now located. Bake Me Treats is a retail bakery that specializes in French macarons and is the first and only bakery in Youngstown that bakes and sells this popular French cookie. At BMT, the case is filled with over 15 different macaron flavors. From Funfetti to Lavender to Blueberry Muffin, there is bound to be a flavor for everyone. Coming up with and experimenting with new fun flavors is still Gabriele’s favorite part of her job.

Cakes, cupcakes, and pastries are also on the menu at Bake Me Treats. Every Treat that comes out of the kitchen is scratch made with the full intention of creating the most outstanding TREAT experience possible for each and every customer. The BMT team is passionate about their craft and has so much fun coming up with seasonal, holiday, and weekly specials. Keep an eye out for what’s next on social media! Store hours are 9am-5pm Tuesday-Friday and 10am-3pm on Saturday. Customers can stop in from day to day to TREAT themselves or place preorders for events and occasions ahead of time.
