After the Department of Structures started to apply the building superintendent code (1 RCNY § 3301-02), we saw a requirement to fill up the void for competent, reliable and skilled building superintendents. With decades of building and construction experience, all our building superintendents are completely certified by the Dept. of Buildings.

Together with their building and construction superintendent certificate, many of our superintendents likewise have many various other credentials, including OSHA certifications, which enables them to more effectively do their task on your website. Our building and construction superintendents likewise have FDNY certificates of physical fitness.

With a range of backgrounds, differing from building supervisors, general contractors, job managers, and security policemans, our staff will see to all the construction superintendent requirements.
