About us
Barry has over 10 years of independent practice and experience working in the mental health field. Barry Aneda has worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, sleep issues, LGBTQI topics, health and medical challenges, and career exploration. He has experience with individual, couples, and group therapy modalities. Barry Aneda is also completing a PsyD credential in Clinical Psychology.
He believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. His therapeutic approach integrates cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and creative arts therapies.
