When I treat my patients, I treat them like I would want my family members treated. Even though medicine is not an exact science, I do strive for perfection when treating my patients.

For the past few years I provided orthopedic care in Florida, and I am so excited to be back in the Midwest. Before I went to Florida, I practiced in Jacksonville, IL for 19 years, and I truly missed my former patients. The people from the Midwest are very grateful of their care and so enthusiastic to be a part of the health care team.

Being a former Division I college athlete, I have always had an interest in sports medicine and orthopedic surgery. I enjoy orthopedic surgery because it is a way for me to help get my patients back to a better quality of life and the athletes to get back to playing. I feel that I have been blessed with the ability to treat my patients with quality orthopedic care, and I provide this care to the best of my God given ability. When I treat my patients, I treat them like I would want my family members treated. Even though medicine is not an exact science, I do strive for perfection when treating my patients. By attending medical conferences and staying up to date with the latest scientific literature, I keep up with the most current technology and procedures to provide the highest standard of orthopedic care with evidence based medicine.

For the past 22 years of my practice, I always try to explain the problem and the treatment options in a manner that my patients can understand. It is important for them to understand their injury or disease so that they can make a well informed decision in their treatment plan. I take great pleasure in seeing my patients benefit from their orthopedic care and having a positive impact in their lives. It is very gratifying to fulfill my mission of providing quality orthopedic care to my patients through the grace of God.
