Welcome to Bartlett House of Medford! Our licensed memory care community opened in March 2014 and features 15 private rooms. We are proud to accept Medicaid. Our specially trained memory care team is well equipped to care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, while promoting comfort and familiarity in our cozy boutique home.
