If you chose to engage with counseling, you've already proven you can heal. Everyone has the potential to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life. I aspire to guide clients in breaking through barriers, finding purpose, unlocking potential, and achieving goals.
The counseling process can be challenging and painful at times. It involves discussing difficult topics and traumatic experiences. We will work together to find solutions to best meet your needs and goals.
I employ a combination of person-centered and existential therapy while including cognitive-behavioral mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) techniques to motivate change. I strongly believe in the power of the natural environment to affect human emotion and perception in a positive and potentially healing way.
