My experience with Baxter moving was very poor. Keith was always late (including over 6 hours on loading day), he was unresponsive to phone calls once I paid him a deposit, many items were broken, scratched or ripped after the move, our sectional was left unusable because the frame cracked during the move, he stopped loading the truck for over two hours in fear that I would not pay him in full after I pointed out the damage to the sectional. I never hinted or said anything about not paying him. He then decided to tell me he wouldn’t take anything but cash, and threatened not to unload the rest of the truck. He pretended to file a claim for the sectional and never returned my calls or texts to follow up with the claim after the move. He's a very dishonest person who doesn't communicate well. Those are not good characteristics for someone to have when they have all of your valuables in their possession
