About us
Bayard Street Obstetrics & Gynecology is a premier gynecology and obstetrics practice in New York City with locations in Lower Manhattan, Sunset Park in Brooklyn, and Flushing, Queens.
Our practice was founded by Dr. Robert Mg Nyein in 1975, who emigrated from Burma, now Myanmar, in the 1960s, with a small office in Manhattan’s Chinatown. He brought with him traditional values of respect and a dedication to service and family. Our family business and compassionate team transcends generations.
Bayard Street Obstetrics & Gynecology has grown from a small clinic serving the local Chinese community to a comprehensive women’s health center that embraces patients from all backgrounds in various communities.
