Beach Flats Apartments
Reflecting the history, class and distinction of its vibrant landscape, Beach Flats was restructured to offer a sense of contemporary luxury. Each of these boutique apartments has been newly renovated and reimaged while still maintaining the traditions of historic Hyde Park. We offer studio, one, two and three bedroom floor plans.
Custom tile, sleek countertops and stainless-steel appliances were thoughtfully arranged to offer a premier living experience.
The scenic grounds at Beach Flats are reminiscent of iconic Colonial architectural design. It’s home to an outdoor grill kitchen, fire pit lounge, permit parking and a smoke-free and pet-friendly environment.
