About us
Located near the Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, Beacon Point Homes is a residential community offering a variety of rental home styles to active duty Navy families assigned to the base. We also have select homes available to rent to military retirees, DOD civilian employees and members of the general public.
Our rental homes and apartments in Groton are available in two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans featuring spacious layouts, updated finishes, fully-equipped kitchens and much more. Beacon Point Homes residents also enjoy the very walkable, pet-friendly community’s many amenities, including playgrounds, pools and picnic areas as well as easy access to all of the Beacon Point facilities.
