I took a look at both of our locations and it looks like the work was done very well. We appreciate how quickly you were able to get out and the quality of the work in taking care of our sliders. Lizette and Steve are definitely a winning combination. Lizette helped us in the sale of our old house with issues that came up on an inspection and again when we moved into our new condo. Lizette was not able to provide the service in the instances above, but referred us to reliable people who would get the job done. Once we moved into our condo the sliding doors and windows needed some TLC and Lizette was the first person that came to mind. Lizette assessed the problems, made some suggestions and made it all happen. Steve, her husband, handled the repair of all the doors and windows - even had them cleaned for us - they are not new, but as good as new. Our tracks were in such bad shape that we were sure you could not fix our problems. The technician showed up and showed us exactly what was going on with the rollers, and how they had damaged the tracks, and then offered us a solution for the track.
