Welcome to my Universe, where we transform the broken pieces of your life and create a beautiful mosaic! Being a trauma survivor myself has given me the unique experience of knowing what it means to heal your whole body. You are no longer alone on this journey if you allow me to walk with you. Let’s work together to co-create a divine design with tangible tools, including holistic meal planning, embodiment practices (functional wellness), self-care guided by the cosmos and psycho-spiritual alignment through astrology, tarot/oracle cards, Reiki, & sound healing. You’ll develop communication skills to connect and explain your trauma to those who want to support you and a self-care plan that allows you to feel at home within your body
