These folks built an extra room for us. The roof they built onto the roof was so flawed, we had to ask them to tear it out and rebuild it. They never finished the job and got the city to sign off on the job, even though they clearly should have. When several years later we discovered that the installation that they had installed had fallen down, we called them. Clyde Belcher, who owns the company, said that our children had caused the damage. He also said that we were bad mouthing his company and that we should sue him to recover the damage. This was a simple issue to resolve. He could have sent someone over to tack up the insulation, and we would have been happy. In fact, if he had, I would have likely used his services again. But he went out of his way to be obnoxious. I would not recommend his services unless you want to be treated in a similar way.
