Our authentic, Greek baked goods are hand-crafted by trained pastry chefs using premium ingredients! We're located in Fishkill, New York. Taste the passion we bake into our treats - it might just Stir Your Passion.
Our name comes from the pristine Belegrina Beach on Greece's Chrissi Island & our brand colors come from the beautiful waters of the Aegean Sea. Our product names are based on the magnificent Greek Islands. We draw inspiration from the bountiful culinary heritage & earthy, sun-drenched flavors of Greece. Our classic stir remains true to the traditional Greek Koulourakia butter biscuit, a beloved Easter holiday treat passed down through generations.
We never lose sight of our core principle - to remain true to the essence of the original Greek recipe & cooking techniques. An authenticity you can see, smell & most of all, taste.
