Mike drilled my well which took almost a week. Very slow old rig. I was ok with that, but he charged me more than he quoted by over $400 and I paid it. The inspection from the health department failed. I called him and told him that they told me it is his responsibility to take care of the problem since he is the one who took the job got paid for it and messed it up. He told me he would not and that I would have to call someone else. This is not the way to run a business. Very unsatisfied. This is a follow up. At the time it happened I got it done from someone else. Sent him the bill. I had to go as far as filling with the Better Business Bureau. After I did that he got mad, yelled at me and finally said he would pay the extra $275 that it cost he to get the Well to pass inspection only after I agreed to take the dispute off the Better Business Bureau website. I was very reluctant to do that but after he promised me that he would pay me I did, against my better judgment. After I did that, He stiffed me and went back on his word. He told me that I would have to take him to court. It has been 1 1/2 and several phone calls later, still not a dime out of this Phony. He is a very Rude person with Very Very bad customer satisfaction, as well as very crocked Business practices! (Do not use this man to drill your Well.) You will get screwed.
