lizabeth DiCenso- Owner of Belle Aesthetics Inc. She is board certified Licensed Master Esthetician and a Master Esthetic Teacher. Her certifications are in Florida and Virginia. 'Elizabeth has been a licensed Aesthetician since 1995 and is certified in resurfacing and level 1-3 acne, she is also certified in Intradermal Cosmetics (permanent makeup). She graduated from the Tampa School of Aesthetics in Tampa, Florida. During her career, she has attended numerous courses world wide focusing on state of the art technology.
