About us
The historic Belmont Dairy building rests upon convenient urban retailers and is situated in the heart of the Belmont District and the Sunnyside Neighborhood. Belmont Dairy is close to over 40 restaurants and the expansive Laurelhurst Park. Belmont Dairy Apartments offers traditional floor plan styles, as well as lofts with soaring 22-foot ceilings with large skylights in the living areas. Converted from an old dairy facility, the lofts have ample storage and recent upgrades such as stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring, and new cabinetry throughout.
