I went to Dr. Allen for a root canal. He took the time to explain everything and to set me at ease. He was totally painless. But I continue to have trouble with the same tooth even after the procedure so I'm now going to a different endodontist for another opinion. My biggest complaint is with the River Edge office staff. They're rude, and they don't know how to manage the flow of patients. Expect to be kept waiting an hour or more. I won't be back.
