Bert's Woodworking were a pleasure to deal with. The new windows cooled down our front bedroom that gets all the afternoon sun. It is probably 10 degrees cooler now, which is important since we don`t have A/C. What I didn`t expect was how much sound they block. With the windows closed it is now much quieter inside. We are very happy and would use them again.

They did a great job for us. Good quality hardware and workmanship. No hard-sell. They arrived on-time, proceeded professionally in our (almost) whole-house window replacement, cleaned up well and have stood by their products on the one occasion we had reason to call them back a few years later (for a torn weatherstrip). We`d definitely use them again.
