Just used the site, so far so Good!

We booked two rounders from Bangkok to Portland, Maine on Emirates. The fare was the lowest fare we could find that made the most sense in terms of airline/route/price. Bestflightsdeal.org had the best prices for the entire 8 days we surfed the web for the best deal.

Only after my purchase, when I saw that an actual e-tcket had not been issued and that Bestflightsdeal.org was going to send a later confirmation after the Emirates Airline accpeted the purchase I got a bit nervous... that is when I did my due dilligence on Bestflightsdeal.org... a little late after the fact I had submitted payment information.

I must say the reviews here scared the daylights out of me and I began logging onto the Emirates web-site and there I saw our flight had been booked but not paid for yet... more panic. Well within a few hours it was all done as it was supposed to be. We are booked/paid and have e-tickets from Emirates.

Great experience

I was pretty scared after I read the reviews of bestflightsdeal.org, but I was pleasantly surprised. I booked a flight for thanksgiving weekend that was available on bestflightsdeal but not on the airline website. My seat was there though, my flights were on time.. everything was flawless. I called the bestflightsdeal.org service line before the flight too and they answered and were very nice. Would recommend.

I've been using Bestflightsdeal.org for years and never had any problems. A few months ago I booked my tickets home through them for my wedding. I got an email a few days ago that my itinerary had changed (because of United Airlines not Bestflightsdeal.org). The new flight was horrible so I called United and they gave me another flight that was pretty bad. Feeling disillusioned, I called Bestflightsdeal.org in a last ditch effort to get a better flight. I was on hold for about 15 minutes but it was worth it, my customer serive found me an amazing flight and got me on it. Best part? Halfway through the conversation the call got disconnected and the same customer service rep called me back! I could not believe it!! I will only use Bestflightsdeal.org from now on for my flights.

Got worried about the initial reviews read about bestflightsdeal.org nonetheless proceeded only because they are the only one offering the best rates from the UAE to Toronto via Chicago. Got my booking confirmed, my ticket at the cheapest rate and e-ticket in just under 30min - and that's booking from Abu Dhabi using UAE issued credit card! No Hassle Transactions! Ended up signing as a member!

I've been using bestflightsdeal.org for years. I've booked 18 flights with them and never had a problem. Hope this doesn't jinx that record, but I have recommended them to others and they never had any trouble either. When I called to make changes in a flight to Europe, they were prompt and courteous. I find using the website easy. Is this the same company? Strange.

I've used this site for 3 trips to Australia now and have had very good results. They have fairly good rates and everything has always ran very smoothly with my etickets and their customer service was good when I had to make changes to my flight except for one little snag.

Here's a little tip for you. If you have to change your flight, try going through your actual airline to make the changes because you'll find it's a bit cheaper than if you change it through bestflightsdeal. You'll likely still be hit with some financial punishment but bestflightsdeal was more expensive to make the necessary adjustments. Usually it'll cost around $250 plus any increase in airfare if there is any. But CT wanted to charge me $450 so I took a chance and called the airline and they took care of it all for me. Just make sure you have your booking number on hand.

Other than that, I've been very happy with this site and their service and I'm going to be booking with them again soon for Australia.
