Best Physical Therapy in Middlesex is certainly not the best! First, let me tell you that I work for an occupational therapist so I know exactly how things are supposed to work in the BEST office. The owners, Keith and his wife Michelle, are not concerned with the well-being of their patients whatsoever and rather, only concerned about feeding their pockets. I know this because on their website, they list all of the insurances they accept but, rather than just going through my in-network benefits, they offered to waive my deductible and coinsurance in order to BRIBE me into going through my out-of-network benefits under a totally different business name of Hands-on, LLC. (out of network treatment is not contracted with the insurance company and therefore, brings in MUCH more money) which speaks volumes to the demographic of the practice. THIS IS ILLEGAL!
