My husband is a retired veteran and since he has an old injury, doctors told him not to lift anything heavy. My daughter helped me to find a moving company and we chose Best West over the rest. My sales representative Adam was very kind was very patient with me. He was almost like a grandson trying to help me. Movers were very careful with my items. They packed some of the most fragile items I had like some vases and glass shelves. I was worried about my piano, not to get any scratch along the way. It has been in my family for many years and I hope it remains for many more. Delivery came and all my items arrived. My son and grandsons helped me to unpack on delivery. Luckily everything was fine. No scratch on my piano. I expected delivery a bit sooner, but since it came with no damage I don't mind it took a bit more time. I wish they keep working like this for many years to come.

Absolutely amazing! I moved a 4 bedroom house with this guys last week. We booked for a full truck and had a bit more because our belongings couldn't fit in the 26ft. Gregs crew was VERY professional, they made sure to wrap everything and it really looked like they actually care about my furniture. Delivery was made after 2 days. Couldn't be happier.

I moved with my family across the country a couple of times before. I got offers from many moving companies but I decided to go with Best West. It was a good choice that I made. I told my sales agent what I was moving and told him my wife has some old china she got from her grandmother. The guys at pickup did a professional packing and there wasn't even a tiny scratch. Delivery was made on time and they even reassembled my furniture in my new house. They deserved every cent of the tip I gave them.

Best West provided me with a hassle-free moving experience. The only hiccup was the fact that they had a slight delay on the day of the pick-up, but they more than made up for it with the speed of their crew in packing up every single item in my house, and, to top it off, they gave me a nice discount to make up for it!

I loved the service I received from Best West Express. Travis was amazing setting everything, They made sure to take their time moving my larger items and the boxes marked fragile. I'm happy to say that we didn't have to report any damages during the move as the company was very careful and easy to deal with. I'm not really big on moves but when I can get through one with ease, I definitely appreciate it.

These guys work hard and offer a great service for a standard rate. They were friendly and punctual. None of our stuff was damaged. They were flexible in dropping our items off orderly. Just make sure to package all your stuff well ahead of time to reduce their time helping you. Time is money!

Made my move so easy and took care of my things better than I would have been able to if I moved things myself. Rick was my main contact, he was very easy to work with, kind, and professional, as were his fellow employees. Very much worth the price, which was very reasonable to begin with. Will definitely be working with them again if/when I move again!

Michael and the crew were all around an absolute pleasure to work with, which was such a relief during such a stressful time. They were professional, treated our things carefully, were very prepared and were respectful. I'll never make another move again without hiring these guys.

Moving went marvelously. Long distance movers were professional and handled everything with ease. Every worker had specific expertise, yet additionally helped out wherever required. Jose was also well organized and all the furniture and boxes ended up in the right area.
