All ages welcome.
My aim for nutrition counseling is to work with youto find the right balance for improving health and nutrition- and all in a judgement free zone! Nutrition information can be confusing and contradictory with everyone having their own ideas about what is right. There is no "one diet fits all" to health. I love teaching about nutrition and relating it to a person's specific needs. I try to make my food and nutrition messages easy to understand and tailored to you- moving as fast or slow as you need. When you leave a visit with me, you will have actionable steps and goals to initiate change in the eating and lifestyle habits that will last throughout your life.
I received my degree from Idaho State University in Pocatello and completed an internship through ISU in the Meridian area. I have worked as a clinical dietitian and outpatient dietitian in the Eastern Oregon area. With a background in Medical Nutrition Therapy, I have experience in a wide range of conditions and populations. I am so excited to bring my service to the Treasure Valley!
I love Idaho and everything it has to offer. On any given day you may find me reading a good book, watching movies, spending time with my family, or cheering on my favorite teams. I have danced ballet and hip hop almost my whole life and want to continue dancing as long as I can.
