Bethany Rallis, PhD, is a psychologist with the Newport Hospital Adult Partial Hospital Program and Newport Psychiatry. She received her master of education in human development and psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and her doctorate of philosophy in clinical psychology from George Mason University.
