About us
Welcome to Beverly Village for Living & the Arts, where affordable senior housing, integrated wellness services, and a vibrant arts scene are seamlessly intertwined. Formerly Beverly High School and Briscoe Middle School, this historic transformation will create 85 affordable apartments for low-income people aged 55+. Our community also offers six unique Live/Work studios with a preference for artists. These Live/Work studios do not carry any age or income restrictions.
