Bianca is known by his family and friends as “Rusty.” Rusty didn’t follow a traditional path into law, and it is his atypical background that makes him the approachable, tenacious attorney he is today. He is a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge and comes from a blue-collar, working-class family where his mother was a state social worker and his father ran a small construction company. As a teen and young adult, Rusty did difficult, hands-on labor for his family’s construction business, and he was the first in his family to go to college.
