I do not recommend this store. I had a terrible experience with them. I ordered a Natuzzi Savoy sectional in August last year. Unfortunately, the sales person - Richard - made a mistake and instead of the unit that I had selected - the one that they had on display - ordered me a different unit - a corner unit. The store refused to rectify the mistake and suggested that I sell the unit on e-bay?!! This is the first time in my experience that a store is treating a customer in that way. After reading the reviews on this page I realized that my case is not an exception but rather a rule for this store!!! They need a better manager and better trained sales people. They are making costly mistakes for which customers have to pay for.
