Shannon Guare is a nurse practitioner with a focus on understanding all aspects of her patients’ health. This includes your health history, your experience with the healthcare system, and your goals for health management. At Birch Point Healthcare patients health also includes getting to know you, your family, your work and hobbies. Shannon has worked in many specialties including medical, surgical, cardiac, ICU, and COVID field hospitals. Shannon’s goal as your provider is to understand what you want out of your healthcare, to find solutions together, and to maximize your health.
