BLIND HORSE LLC is a family owned-operated mobile welding and excavation company serving Whatcom, Skagit & Snohomish Counties. We offer grading, dirt work, tractor work, gravel driveway construction and repair, driveway gravel spreading, pothole repair, excavation & drainage. Additionally, we offer plasma torch cutting, fluxcore, stick, MIG and TIG.
