We handle all aspects of managing residential real estate, including: advertising vacancies, screening tenants, collecting security deposits, producing lease agreements, move-in inspections, rent collection, monthly owner statements, coordinate maintenance, routine property inspections, lease renewals, rent increases, move-out inspections, security deposit returns, lease violations, evictions and year-end tax statements. We also offer a non-binding contract and satisfaction guarantee. If either party is unhappy the contract can be cancelled at any time with a written notice.
