My name is Grace Ramsey and I created Board & Co. I graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2019 and started making charcuterie boards one year later. My true love for cheese and charcuterie came in college, when I studied abroad in Spain. I will never forget the Manchego and Jamon Iberico I had the pleasure of trying there. A proper cheese pairing can be so simple yet divine. I believe my passion for art and creativity drew me to the world of charcuterie boards. Each board is like a blank canvas that has a million possibilities, that’s why no two boards are ever the same. I am grateful to be able to turn a creative outlet into a business.
