We Do Not provide In-Home therapy.

At body basics physical therapy, our number one priority is the patient. We strive to provide individualized treatment with hands-on, compassionate care. We do not rush our patients or our clinicians. Rather, we perform comprehensive evaluations and encourage patient input for treatment planning and goal setting.

In addition to our physical therapy services, we also offer certified pilates instruction for rehabilitation and have worked extensively with women and men experiencing pelvic, back and neck pain with strain and counterstrain (scs) techniques. Scs is a gentle non-traumatic technique that uses passive body positioning of spasmed muscles and/or dysfunctional joints towards positions of comfort. Scs is effective because treatment moves the body away from the painful restricted directions of motion. The changes that occur with scs facilitate a faster and more complete recovery. Strain & counterstrain is safe and effective for a multitude of pain and dysfunction including but not limited to:

Motor vehicle accidents
Chronic neck & back pain
Pregnancy & pelvic pain
Sports injuries
Our philosophy is to provide the highest quality therapy through personalized care and education. We support creative and individualized intervention. Our personalized approach ensures patient comprehension and will enhance proper treatment progression to secure the best outcome for our patients. In order for full return to an active and healthy lifestyle, the patient must be involved and educated in the recovery process.
