At BodyWork Concepts, we work to eliminate pain by bringing balance to your body.
Your body was designed to be in balance and when it is, you do not experience pain, but daily activities, repetitive movements, injuries and posture compensations all work to pull your body out of balance. When your body is out of balance, you will eventually experience pain.
At BodyWork Concepts, we use a comprehensive program of soft tissue manipulation techniques that balance the central nervous system with the structure and form of the musculoskeletal system, encouraging your body to heal itself. We also offer deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy for more general, full-body pain relief.
