Beware of this provider! Although the therapists are nice and competent. The billing department if you can call it that is totally incompetent or worse corrupt. They also completely misrepresented their insurance reimbursements. After asking specifically if our insurance covered 100% of the cost of the treatment and being told that it did, (less the co-pay), we received a huge bill hundreds of dollars long after our treatment. Feeling extorted, we paid it and they still reported a tiny amount to our credit bureaus and ruined our credit over a few dollars. Numerous calls to their credit reporting company IC Systems were are directed back to MZ’s billing department and all those calls received same comment from the very defensive and less than pleasant receptionist: “billing department a/k/a Stuart Gordon is gone for the day.” “The billing Department is...
