About us
Here at Bolt Transportation, we will take care of all aspects of non-emergency medical transportation. Business hours are Monday-Friday, 6am to 6pm. Local and long-distance services are available. We cater to the elderly, special needs and the disabled, whether they are ambulatory or use a wheelchair. We provide services for the Medicaid population. Bolt Transportation can help you and your family with the following needs: Transfer to and from dialysis treatment Pharmacies Physical Therapy Rehab Centers Chemotherapy and Radiation Treatment Facilities Medical Appointments Dental Appointments Senior Centers Adult Day Care Centers Hospital and Nursing Home Admissions/Discharges Call our friendly staff and we will be happy to discuss any transportation need you or your loved one may have.
