Epic images simply don’t happen just because there is a Grand Canyon National Park backdrop, a fantastic Sedona, Arizona sunset, or the latest camera gear.

If you’re like me, I’m stiff and self-conscious in front of the camera. It shows up in my face, fingers, lips, shoulders, hips, and joints. We have 43 muscles in our face. There are thousands of nuances embedded in our body language that speak how we are really feeling. Nervous!

I have become an expert coach... spending the past decade refining and heightening my awareness of body language.
