As both a Registered Dietitian and a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, Bonnie recognizes the body's inherent ability to heal itself once the underlying causes of illness are identified and removed. Bonnie possesses a thorough knowledge of gastro-intestinal physiology and understands that the body functions as a "whole", not just a collection of isolated symptoms. She will work with any client to identify their individual obstacles to health and strives to restore balance and facilitate healing. Bonnie seeks to guide patients back to health with nutrition education, accessible lifestyle modification and non-judgmental support. She has a detailed understanding of the "brain-gut" connection and keeps abreast of the latest evidenced-based research and findings.

In addition to a commitment to life-long learning, Bonnie enjoys cooking, reading, cinema and swimming. She spent several years touring Europe as a professional opera singer and has a deep interest in classical music.
