About us
I have been a member of the American Aerobic Association and International Sports Medicine (AAAI/ISMA) since 2008, which was when I was beginning my Bachelor in the Science of Nursing program at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. I most recently obtained my Doctoral degree through Chamberlain University, focusing my research on evidence-based lifestyle interventions to combat overweight and obesity. I am a member of the Obesity Medicine Association (OMA) and have completed 80+ hours of education qualifying me for certification.
