Border Cafe on route 1 in Saugus has never let me down. The restaurant is large and always packed. We normally go to the bar and order some margaritas while we wait...They are strong, tasty and cheap!!! Amazing, the service is so quick, and they never seem stressed that it is so busy. Your name is always called before the quoted wait time, and your server greets you at your table with an overflow of hot chips and salsa. From there, order anything off the the menu....prices are low, and the servings are generous!
Everytime I go, I have to pull the manager aside and let him know just how impressed I am with the service here, They must have 50 people working at a time! The only downside is parking, there is none, but they are moving across the highway, in about a month so that problem will be fixed! North Shore resident or not...go, you will be as impressed as I am, with the service alone!
