About us

Boudreau Physical Therapy Associates is a privately owned physical therapy practice established by Lynn Boudreau in 1998. Our patients come to us from the Monadnock Region as well as Southeastern Vermont and North central Massachusetts. We specialize in manual therapy techniques which are gentle, non-agressive 'hands-on' therapies to improve the structural integrity and alignment of the physical body. Functional rehabilitation is utilized to reintegrate muscle performance and control and facilitate healthier movement patterns. patients are instructed in individualized exercise programs specific to their deficits. Exercises are designed to be done without pain or discomfort to ensure compliance and successful outcomes. We treat a broad age range of clients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions. We are participating providers for most major insurances.
