Curious about the Bounce Fun Complex? I recommend researching some of the reviews before heading out. Also, let me reassure you all the negative remarks pertaining to their customer service (or lack there of) is very accurate. One telephone conversation convinced me I would never do business with them. Not only were we cussed at, hung up on and lied to but were told that closing was one hour early due to low occupancy. I sure hope that one day I can open a business and close at any hour I please due to low occupancy (never mind the false advertising on the company website). Overall, very displeased, the most unprofessional experience I have had in my life. If you're looking for a fun, exciting and family orientated activity then hit up Reptile Land.
