About us
Bouncing Bayou Bakery is a small town "secret" Bakery. I pride myself on knowing my product will never be dry or undercooked with using the Bounce Back method. Being from South Louisiana we as people have to be very resilient and willing to start over if/when a hurricane comes our way. These are two very big reasons why I've chose the name Bouncing Bayou Bakery. The other two reasons are; one we love having a good time especially for special occasions (weddings, graduations, birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays) and two being a one woman show and baking from my house I will always Bounce Bayou to deliver your sweet treats.
