He also represents purchasers, sellers and lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions; counsels businesses regarding the appropriate form of organization and the preparation of partnership agreements, articles of incorporation, by-laws, organizational minutes, and issuance of share certificates. Clients in the retailing, manufacturing and distribution businesses. Preparation of asset purchase/stock purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, licensing and distribution agreements; and individuals in the preparation of wills, durable family powers of attorney, authorizations for medical treatment, affidavits of domicile and similar family planning matters; as well as the litigation which flows from all those areas of practice. After working with a mid-sized law firm and a bank's legal department in Philadelphia Bruce moved to Miami and worked with midsized and large firms in Miami and has returned to boutique practice.
