Dr. Evans is a board-certified otolaryngologist who has practiced in the Lewisville, TX for over 18 years. A native Texan, he attended Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. His training has included service at The Methodist Hospital, St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital, Ben Taub General Hospital, the Michael E.
