At Breathe Salt Yoga we sweat together, we breathe together, we explore together. Offering classes heated & non-heated power, vinyasa, ashtanga, yin, yoga sculpt, slow & gentle flow. Massage Therapy with several package options all in our Salt Room .Halotherapy, offers a controlled microclimate to help find relief from many respiratory conditions and skin ailments. With a special machine called a Halogenerator, a dry salt aerosol, made up of microscopic salt particles, are circulated in the therapy room while you sit, relax or get a massage.
