Brentwood Management Services in Palm Springs is run in a haphazard way by a young and inexperienced owner who doesn't pay her vendors on time nor her business fees. They took over an established business after the owners retired and have only a few years in the business. I would check their references and tax rolls for unpaid amounts prior to hiring them for any association management.
