About us
Breslin Meyer, FNP, is a certified family nurse practitioner who treats patients of all ages. She provides preventive care, including pediatric and adult wellness exams, sick visits, medication management, and vaccinations. Breslin manages minor illnesses and injuries, cold and flu symptoms, and acute and chronic conditions, including arthritis, asthma, diabetes, joint pain, obesity, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.
Breslin provides whole-body health care focused on prevention and lifestyle modifications. She collaborates with patients on care plans to make them easier to integrate into their daily lives and maintain for improved overall health.
