As a Prosthodontist with over 25 years of clinical and teaching experience, Dr. Brian Tanz knows what it takes to give you your very own New York Smile.

A Prosthodontist, is one who specializes in the restoration and replacement of teeth with cosmetic/aesthetic restorations, implants, bridges, dentures; and after completing Dental School, receives three years of specialized training in an American Dental Association (ADA) accredited Graduate program. As noted by the American College of Prosthodontists, “Extensive training and experience provide prosthodontists with a special understanding of the dynamics of a smile, the preservation of a healthy mouth, and the creation of tooth replacements.”

Dr. Brian Tanz’s training includes the completion of various Post Graduate Implantology Programs and years of complex cases, completed with great success. Many of these cases were in fact referrals from other prominent Dentists from around the world. He specializes in all porcelain and gold dentistry, implants, dentures, and appliances for cleft palate and cancer patients. New York Smile also treats all aspects of preventative and family dentistry.

He views his patient relationships with a deep sense of responsibility. A major part of that responsibility is helping our patients understand, and plan for their oral health. At New York Smile, we strive to give each patient the best quality of dental care in every respect, constantly updating our equipment, knowledge, and techniques.
